VIP Read Aloud Event Held at Bellevue Public Library

Read Aloud Nebraska recently sponsored a visit by Nebraska State Treasurer, Shane Osborn to the Bellevue Public Library. Those in attendance were very vocal in expressing their appreciation and thanks for Mr. Osborn's appearance. Shane was a wonderful presenter while reading a picture book to the audience, and was gracious enough to answer questions about his job and the events detailed in his book Born to Fly. He also signed copies of his book for two lucky winners in the audience, as well as a copy of the book he read aloud, entitled A Quiet Place. |
